Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
Preached last week on fools, and this week will be wisdom, made me think of 21 years ago and how for the first time in my life I desired to learn as much as possible about God and his word. Still learning so much!
I need to write a prayer letter, but have been working twelve hour days on the new house, after being told a few weeks ago that they would like us out in December of the house we are in. We have always paid our bills and improved the places we live, but the landlords always end up wanting the homes back for themselves. It will be so nice to have our own place.
Had Louis and Zsuszi over last weekend for a visit from Hungary, and Alex is helping me right now with the house. Our family has passed around a bad cold, but doing good, as everyone is looking forward to driving to Germany for thanksgiving.
Being the last one with the Thornsley’s is going to be bitter sweet. He had to resign the church because of cancer and will be traveling back to the States in December. God has used them to build a sweet military church in Stuttgart, and we sure would appreciate your prayers for them and Victory Baptist Church as they look for a new pastor.
Paula’s niece, Summer (Her whole family was killed by a drunk driver in 1988) has some very serious health issues, so Paula will make an emergency trip back to Michigan for a few weeks before Christmas.
Pray for them, for labourers, for souls to be saved and be sure your prayers make a difference. Thank you, Paul Pierucki
